The Hub places significant importance on providing services that deliver innovative, implementable real word solutions. The Hub offers a range of services across seven (7) core themes. These themes include:

A CLIMATE NETWORK
The Hub will provide a platform that will bring together parties with an interest in climate change. Such a network will create a community of practice to interact and collaborate with multiple disciplines that extend well beyond one’s own that will provide opportunities for collaboration and foster relationships and projects amongst subscribers and other parties.

A virtual library that will provide a portal to the Hub’s own commissioned research as well as links to relevant research data developed by institutions world-wide. This will provide the fundamental digital resources for “Research Hub” participants.

CLIMATE CHANGE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

A conduit to apply learnings and networks to the WRC. Support in this regard will include: technical advice, brokering and finding finance.

INFORMATION PROVISION

A platform that contains the results of all Hub research and other secondary sources. The object of this service is to enable users to find information/tools and expertise relevant to their issue. This service represents a post-data state of developed knowledge and applications.
